I Painted This.
And I redrew the face. (That happens a lot when turning a drawing into a painting.)
This here is just a cleaner version, no title on this one. Dum de dum dum.

On a more technical note, I did not draw it, this came straight out of the pages of the manga. I primarily used Corel Painter X to paint this. Then for color editing, because I tend to use dull colors on my own, I did a lot of editing in Photoshop CS6. Oh! And I traced the wings in Flash CS6.
